Return and Refund Policy
At KK Drapes, we take great care in ensuring that every saree, jewellery piece, and accessory reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
- For jewellery and accessories, a clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim regarding damage, defects, or missing items. The video must:
- Clearly show the sealed parcel before opening
- Show the full unboxing process without cuts or edits
- Clearly display the item and any visible damage
Failure to provide an unboxing video for jewellery and accessories may result in the claim being declined.
2. How to Report an Issue
Please email us at Sales@kkdrapes.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Unboxing video (required for jewellery and accessories)
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
3. Return Eligibility
If your return request is approved:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of reporting the issue
- Products must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
Items that show signs of wear, perfume, makeup stains, alterations, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged upon delivery:
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom-stitched or altered sarees
- Personalized jewellery
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your payment provider).
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
